Everyone has that point in time where they feel like everything is going wrong and there’s nothing they can do. It could be a bad day at work, a fight with your parents, the car breaking down — anything. Our brains are wired to favor negatives and we end up having these bad moods without even realizing it.
Many people have found themselves stuck in the same routine for too long. They’ve become stuck in their own negative thought pattern that leads to procrastination.

Understand why you’re stuck
